A new Fan Portal concept for the ATP was designed. It is a place where true fans of tennis can go to get exclusive content, complete questionnaires, play games and interact with one-another whilst gaining points for prizes. It allows users to interact and give back to the sport they love. ATP can gather the data to gain a deeper understanding of their fans preferences to inform future marketing campaigns and improve the future of the game. A win-win for both the user and the brand.
