A fresh new portal to move WTW's digital offering ahead of their rivals

WTW, one of the worlds largest insurance companies, required a new portal for their clients to review and interact with their portfolio. Workshops and discovery sessions were run in order to define the sitemap, user journeys and functionality. Wireframes designs and prototypes were created in Figma.
